Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. 1. Sponsor

   Shane and Max Company, a Delaware corporation doing business as JOYMODE, 190 Christopher Columbus Dr., Jersey City, NJ 07302 (“Sponsor”).

2. 2. Eligibility

   Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of Sponsor, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. 3. Promotion Period

   The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time on November 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on November 10, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. 4. How to Enter

   During the Promotion Period, visit tryjoymode.com/pages/win-a-year, enter a valid email address, confirm your eligibility and submit the entry form. Entry is free. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Entries must be submitted by the entrant personally; entries made by any agent, third party, script, macro, robot or other automated means are void. Entering constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.

5. 5. Bonus Entries

   After entering, an entrant may optionally provide a mobile telephone number, affirmatively agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Sponsor, and confirm the subscription if asked to by text message, and will receive three (3) additional entries. Providing a mobile number and agreeing to text messages is entirely optional, is not required to enter or win, and is not a condition of entry or of any purchase. Entrants who decline receive one (1) entry and remain fully eligible to win. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies; reply STOP to cancel. Bonus entries are limited to three (3) per person.

6. 6. Entry Limit

   One (1) base entry per person per email address for the Promotion Period, plus up to three (3) bonus entries under Section 5, for a maximum of four (4) entries per person. Entries from the same person using multiple email addresses, and entries using disposable or temporary email addresses, are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has entered more than permitted or tampered with the entry process.

7. 7. Prize

   One (1) prize will be awarded: a twelve (12) month supply of JOYMODE Hard+ Nitric Oxide Performance Booster, consisting of twelve (12) 30-count jars (ARV $1,019.88), and one (1) 24 oz JOYMODE water bottle (ARV $10.12), shipped in a single delivery to a street address in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize: $1,030.00. The prize is awarded “as is,” is not transferable, and no cash alternative or substitution is available, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable.

8. 8. Odds

   Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

9. 9. Winner Selection

   Sponsor will select the winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 11, 2026, and will select two (2) alternates in the same drawing. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

10. 10. Winner Notification

    The potential winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter and must respond within five (5) business days of the date notification is sent. If the potential winner does not respond in time, the notification is undeliverable, or the potential winner is found ineligible, the prize is forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate.

11. 11. Winner Obligations

    Before the prize is awarded, the potential winner must (a) provide a valid U.S. street address, (b) complete and return an IRS Form W-9, and (c) sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release. Failure to do so within the time Sponsor specifies results in forfeiture. The prize will ship within ten (10) days of verification.

12. 12. Taxes

    All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility. Because the ARV exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue the winner an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the value of the prize and file a copy with the IRS.

13. 13. Winner List

    To request the winner’s name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Shane and Max Company d/b/a JOYMODE, Attn: Sweepstakes Winner List, 190 Christopher Columbus Dr., Jersey City, NJ 07302, to be received by February 11, 2027.

14. 14. Privacy

    Information you submit is used to administer the Sweepstakes and as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at tryjoymode.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, you understand that Sponsor will send marketing emails to the address you provide; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Sponsor sends marketing text messages only to entrants who separately opt in under Section 5. Sponsor may share entrant information with service providers that help it run the Sweepstakes and its marketing, including to identify a postal address and send entrants promotional mail. You can opt out of promotional mail at any time through tryjoymode.com/pages/contact. Sponsor does not sell entrant information.

15. 15. General Conditions

    Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper operation, and in that event may select the winner from eligible entries received before the impairment. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or garbled entries, or for technical malfunctions of any kind. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, agents and representatives from liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or from acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.

16. 16. Platform Release

    This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, TikTok or any other platform on which it is promoted. Entrants release each such platform from all liability in connection with the Sweepstakes.

17. 17. Disputes and Governing Law

    These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Entrants agree that any dispute will be resolved individually, without any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
