The Services are offered by Shane and Max Company, a Delaware corporation, doing business as Joymode ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies posted on the Site. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Prices & Payment Terms

All Goods are subject to one-time payment. Payment can be made via accepted credit cards or online methods (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal). All payment methods are subject to validation and authorization by the issuing bank. If we do not receive authorization, we are not liable for delays or non-fulfillment of your order.

We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time prior to order acceptance. In cases where a price must be revised after order confirmation due to causes outside our control (e.g., regulatory changes, customs, currency fluctuations, or shipping cost increases), you will be notified and have the right to cancel the order before fulfillment.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund the full product price, less $5 to help cover processing costs. Please note that any initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel via your account or by contacting us. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period.

We may modify subscription fees with prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount paid by you through the Site in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

15. Arbitration & Governing Law

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in California under JAMS rules. These Terms are governed by California law. The prevailing party may recover legal fees.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site for violations of these Terms.

18. U.S. Compliance
